Dr. Marc Nevins has been my periodontist since I moved to Boston 8 years ago. I have had extensive periodontal work done by Dr. Nevins including 5 implants. I have been impressed by Dr. Nevins’ wide knowledge and experience and the excellent care that he has given me. Due to extensive bone loss, my upper molar implants have required a significant amount of surgical work and bone grafting. While one of the implants failed initially, Dr. Nevins did not give up and in the end was able to successfully replace the implant which now feels like my own tooth. Dr. Nevins has also taken care of my problem with gum recession and currently I feel like I have a healthy mouth with a strong set of teeth. While no one enjoys a visit to the dentist/periodontist, Dr. Nevins' office staff and dental assistants are all highly professional, friendly, and helpful, ensuring that one has the best of care and as pleasant an experience as possible.
